After completing his residency in Family and Community Medicine training at premier institutions, he served as a Medical Specialist and mentor in the Outpatient Department catering to various ambulatory services in a prestigious medical centers in the Philippines.

His career has been marked by clinical precision, academic leadership, and a steadfast commitment to patient well-being. Upon retiring from government service, Dr. Samson recognized the growing challenges in global healthcare.
